Do you accept returns?


To add Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. Return Exceptions We cannot accept returns on the following merchandise: Any personalized item, such as a customized t-shirt or mug Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed




Do you accept cancelations?


I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.




Do you have warehouse order options?


We do offer wholesale orders and special orders for parties / events. Bulk orders are not available for online ordering. Please contact us directly for item availability, pricing, timing, etc. Please allow time for these orders to be created, packed and shipped. We ship to the domestic United States only, international shipping can be available upon request.




What form of payment do you accept?


We accept all major Credit / Debit Cards via Wix Payment. Additionally we accept PAYPAL on the website. Not available for payment online, but accepted via offline payments are: Venmo Zelle Cash App Other Offline Payments




How long is order processing?


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.




How much does shipping cost?


We offer free flat rate shipping within the United States via USPS First Priority Shipping. Expedited via USPS or UPS available upon request at a $12.00 flat rate shipping fee.




How can I check my order status?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.




What if I need additional order support?


If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shyscreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.




How long for my refund?


Please allow up to 30 business days to receive a refund for any returned merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless a product is received defective or damaged. Refunds for products will be based on the price paid at the time of your order. Price adjustments will not be considered. Refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used for the purchase.




What if my item is damaged?


If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or in error, we ask that you please at support@shyscreations.com for assistance. For apparel items, please carefully read the care instructions on the inside label before wear and wash. Any damage due to wear and tear or inappropriate washing is the sole responsibility of the customer. Shy’s Creations cannot take responsibility for items received in good condition, but were later damaged while in use.
