SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free flat rate shipping within the United States via USPS First Priority Shipping. Expedited via USPS or UPS available upon request at a $12.00 flat rate shipping fee.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within Shelton/Monroe/Trumbull/Bridgeport area upon request. For orders under $75, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9-5pm on certain business days (as availability demands). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Shy’s Creations. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be pre-paid, and are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded. We will reimburse you for any/all postage and taxes if the product is defective or an error by Shy’s Creations occurred when fulfilling your order. However, tax on shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, as well as in their original packaging.
Circle the items you are returning (see other side packing slip). Select a reason code from the list (on the return form) and write it next to the item being returned (see packing slip).
If exchanging the same item(s) for a different size, please indicate new size on packing slip next to the product(s) being returned. Please contact us for any other type(s) of exchange(s).
Send your package so that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt by the US Post Office is recommended. We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or in error, we ask that you please at email@example.com for assistance.
For apparel items, please carefully read the care instructions on the inside label before wear and wash. Any damage due to wear and tear or inappropriate washing is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shy’s Creations cannot take responsibility for items received in good condition, but were later damaged while in use.
We cannot accept returns on the following merchandise:
Any personalized item, such as a customized t-shirt or mug
Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed
Please allow up to 30 business days to receive a refund for any returned merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless a product is received defective or damaged. Refunds for products will be based on the price paid at the time of your order. Price adjustments will not be considered. Refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used for the purchase.
